A. Shipping Costs and Payment Information

Shipping of goods is generally only possible to the countries listed below. Shipping is carried out by DPD. You can find the shipping costs listed below.

I. Shipping

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Austria & Germany

For orders with a gross merchandise value of up to 20 Euros, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 4.99 Euros for Austria and 7.99 Euros for Germany. For orders with a gross merchandise value of over 20 Euros, we offer free shipping.

B. Information on the Calculation of Delivery Dates

The delivery time for Austria and Germany is 2 - 5 working days. The delivery period begins the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

2. PayPal

PayPal is a trusted online payment system used worldwide. When ordering, you provide us with your PayPal details, which are protected by secure 128-bit encryption. Payment is made either via a credit pre-paid into your PayPal account or is collected by PayPal directly from your bank account via direct debit (also possible by credit card). The bank details stored are not visible to us.

3. eps Transfer

The eps transfer is a secure online payment method offered by Austrian banks for purchases on the internet.

4. SEPA Transfer

With the SEPA transfer, you can quickly and easily make transfers within the EU. After completing your order, you will receive our bank details and can transfer the invoice amount. Once your payment has been received by us, your order will be shipped.
